Could you please check whether the resource settings for my test VPS are correct?

Server: srv31084
IPv6: 2a02:180:6:1::1f4
OS: Debian 13, LXC

The load average stays around 2.1 despite low application CPU usage and approximately 500 MB of available memory.

Measurements:
- vmstat showed intermittent I/O wait of 44–76%.
- During a 20-second sample, x-ui wrote only about 124 KiB, but its threads were observed waiting in jbd2_log_wait_commit in 4 samples.
- A separate 10-second sample showed an average read/write request latency of approximately 85 ms on loop15.
- cpu.max reports "10000 39000".

Could you please check the host storage latency and any container I/O limits?

Also, is this CPU quota the expected setting for my plan, for example to provide its advertised CPU performance?

I understand this is a test/free service. I would appreciate confirmation of whether these results are normal or indicate a host-side issue.
